Qatar Airways, the official airline of Qatar, has a luggage policy that is intended to make flying as easy as possible for passengers. The airline's luggage allowance is computed on the basis of weight, which means that travellers are only allowed to bring a certain amount of checked and carry-on baggage depending on their travel class and destination.
For most destinations, Economy Class passengers get a baggage allowance of 30 kg, while Business Class passengers have a baggage allowance of 40 kg. Passengers in First Class can bring up to 50 kilogrammes of luggage.
