The cost that we anticipate is in the range of 5100 to 5200 per square foot; for a one-bedroom unit, we anticipate spending 38 to 42 lakh; for a two-bedroom unit, we anticipate spending 80 to 88 lakh; for a three-bedroom unit, we anticipate paying 95 to 1.05 lakh; and for a 3.5-bedroom unit, we anticipate paying 1.10 to 1.20 lakh. Even if it is less, this is the price we can anticipate.
